Leon Scott Kennedy (later in the document referred to as KENNEDY or AGENT) was born in CLASSFIED, Colorado to CLASSFIED and CLASSFIED. Not much is disclosed about his parents. There were insinuations that Kennedy's father was a police officer who died on duty in friendly fire, but no concrete evidence was found to support this claim except for one newspaper article from May 1989 (stored in the Evidence Room, 1F).Right after graduating from the police academy in 1998, Kennedy requested to get assigned to the Raccoon Police Department. He was allegedly contacted by CLASSFIED, telling him now to show up, a week prior to starting his job.Said to have recently broken up with his girlfriend, on the day of September 29, 1998 Kennedy arrives in Raccoon City and shows up at the police station tardy. The events of the night from September 29 to September 30 were reported by Kennedy himself in the form of an official statement (tape 425899; stored in CLASSIFIED). It is worth mentioning that there are certain implications pointing to the possibility that Kennedy was not handling the outbreak completely alone, the identity of his assumed counterpart has not yet been confirmed, but is most likely not affiliated with RPD.Having showcased diligence and boundless devotion to the cause, after the incident Kennedy got forced invited to be recruited into STRATCOM. A separate file was put together to combine the known information about the Agent's training endured under the meticulous eye of Jack Krauser as well as the government mission they attended together in 2002.In the year of 2004 is sent to Spain in order to rescue the daughter of President Graham. Escorted to the region of Valdelobos by two local officers, eventually Kennedy makes it to the village without their assistance. Once at the location, the Agent does not let the slight predicaments steer him away from the main objective, not even being infected with Las Plagas.Given the interruptions disturbing the fluency of the contact with Kennedy on the line, it is hard to compose a precise timeline from the moment of arrival and finding Ashley Graham (code name: Baby Eagle). Reports are saying the dispatched helicopter could not make the approach due to the unfavourable weather conditions. It is not clear what went down in the following hours, but one fact is definite: mission accomplished.
